Side Salad
Side Salad was a reenactment of Alison Knowles’ Make a Salad project which took place in June of 2023 at Dr Martin Luther King Jr Elementary School in Portland, Oregon. The title of this project refers to the fact that it was done on a smaller scale. Nora Colie made a TikTok about it for Oregon Public Broadcasting.
